Alyssa Finelli

Finelli comes to Seton Hill from Arcadia University where she was an assistant coach of the women’s soccer team. Previously,  she was the assistant girls’ varsity coach and head girls’ junior varsity soccer coach for the fall 2015 season at Moravian Academy High School in Bethlehem, Pa.  In addition, Alyssa worked as a head trainer for Perfect Touch Soccer, where she led individual, small group and team training sessions for players ages 6-19.

Finelli was a four-year letter winner and three-year starter for the NCAA Division I Lafayette College women’s soccer team.  She made appearances in all but six games throughout her career as an attacker.  During her four years, Finelli was a three-year member of the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll and received the Lafayette Alumni of the Lehigh Valley Outstanding Athlete Award her senior year.

The Easton, Pa. native attended Easton Area High School, where she was a two-time Express-Times Player of the Year (2009, 2011) and three-time conference all-star selection. As a captain her senior year, she was named First-Team All-State. She finished her career as Easton’s all-time leader in goals, assists and points before being inducted into the school’s Hall of Fame the year after graduation.
