I began playing soccer at the early age of three for Pittsburgh Dynamo. Now at the age of twenty six I have the same passion as I did when I first began, but I have a better understanding of the game. My determination to become the best player I can be has helped me develop and recognize my passion to coach and inspire other athletes to surpass their potentials.

In 2011 I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from IUP and I am now working towards my Master’s degree in Sport’s Studies (with only three credits now remaining in my studies). This past November I completed the E license course through PA West and I look forward to taking more coaching courses.

My career thus far has been filled with many great experiences as a player and as a coach.  I have coached different ages and skill levels ranging from young kids all the way up to high school students. Since 2012 I have primarily worked as a youth soccer instructor for ages 2-8.  Throughout my 23 years of playing I have accrued many accolades, one of my most coveted accomplishment came from playing at IUP when I was named PSAC Rookie of the Year.  I was extremely fortunate to play on such a talented team in which we not only made play offs every year but we even made school history when we advanced into the Sweet Sixteen tournament. Most recently I tried out for and made Pittsburgh’s semi pro soccer team Steel City FC. This is one step in pursuing my dream to play professionally, which will only continue to develop my understanding of the game and introduce me to different coaching techniques.

I am very pleased with all the wonderful experiences soccer has provided me with and I can only hope and try to have a positive impact on every person I come in contact with.
